Phone Sales Reps (Inside Sales) West Palm Beach | Base+Commission | $72K–$150K+ OTE

Are you an experienced Phone Sales Representative/Inside Sales Rep who thrives on closing deals and earning uncapped commission? We are a rapidly growing firm in the (rare coin & collectibles) industry, actively hiring a select group of high-performing sales professionals in the West Palm Beach area. This is a Salary/Base plus Commission, full-time, in-office sales role with unlimited earning potential (build your own "Book of Clients") real career growth, and one of the best work schedules!

Responsibilities: (What you will do)

• Build and manage your own book of business (client portfolio)
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
• Must be Self-Motivated, have a Great Work Ethic, and remain Teachable.
• Work closely with Sales Managers to refine sales strategies & scripts
• Make outbound/inbound calls and close high-ticket phone sales

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of phone sales/inside sales experience (REQUIRED)
• Proven ability to close deals over the phone
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
• Highly self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Compensation:

• Base Salary + 15% Commission (UNCAPPED)
• NOT a draw, NOT “the greater of," ***TRUE base + commission structure***
• Weekly Pay, Daily & Weekly Cash Bonuses (Spiffs)
• Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $72,000–$150,000+
• Clear path to 6-figure+ income

Schedule: (Work-Life Balance)

• Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM–2:30 PM (Half Day)
• No nights. No weekends.
